    5 smiles Hidden Treasure!
    We consider ourselves lucky to have found this property. We came to Pensacola without reservations only to find out that the city was virtually sold out. The Holiday Inn at University Mall went out of their way to accomadate us! the property is a little old, in addition the help more than made up for it!

    Although this is an older property, it is cleanliness and polite help will be incentive to use it again.

    3 diamond rating,was expecting a nice room. bathroom covered in mold, outside vanity ceiling had mold. a/c poor, electric outlet not functioning, carpet filthy. Management did lower rate after complaints and apologized

    the property was great, the food at the restraunt was great, the swimming pool was nice, in addition the view from our window was of the interstate. think that is a piece of information that should be shared with anyone that is looking to stay here. it's convenient and close to the mall and interstate, in addition they could put up a fence or something to block out the noise.

    The help provided prompt, professional service, bending over backwards to fix a problem not of their making. The only reason didn't give a five-star rating was that the carpets were kind of beat-up.
